Customer Reviews

Debbie was amazing through the whole process of selling my parents home. It was my first time selling a house and she made it a good experience. She was always there to answer my questions, concerns and offered her expertise to help me get the best result. I could not have asked for a better agent. Thank you Debbie!!

Debbie was the perfect realtor for our needs. We were purchasing a home from out of state. We traveled for one week to accomplish this purchase. She assisted in expediting the home inspection so that we could be present before we went back north. She facilitated so many things. She obtained HVAC company to support routine maintenance and inspection of an older HVAC system. She advocated to the buyer's realtor the important items needing repair prior to final sale. She represented our interests during many follow-up inspections of items that had been repaired. She followed-up with Title company to make sure that everything went as scheduled. She also communicated to the buyer's agent when items were not yet satisfactory during the initial final walk-through. She arranged all things to support our home ownership in Florida.

Debbie Zimmer is so helpful and knowledgeable about real estate. Very professional and fun to be around. Thank you Debbie

Debbie was fantastic! We had an estate and the house needed to be sold. We ran into some issues with permitting and other challenges and Debbie helped us navigate in every way. We would recommend Debbie with no hesitation!

Deb did a great job as my realtor. I was up in NH buying a FL property and she was very helpful. I certainly put her through her paces as we had some twists and turns, but am very happy with how it all turned out.

Debbie worked closely with us to find our perfect home. If you want a realtor who is professional and who will find the perfect home for you I would highly recommend Deborah Zimmer.
